A Short Essential Workout!

Welcome to the Essential Mat Workout.

A big thank you for the encouraging feedback on the maintenance programme; this one is a little bit longer.

Remember you can skip exercises or add the one you most enjoy from the studio classes, it is not necessary to stick to what Peter and I have done.

If you usually use a towel or head block during the classes please have this with you before you start the class. I forgot to give Peter one before we started the work out however it gave me the opportunity to explain why we use the towels or head blocks!!

Remember to keep scanning your body to apply the 5 Basic principles whilst executing all the exercises.
